During our Rib valeting process, we expertly remove oxidisation, engine smoke residue and general dirt build-upm restoring the colour to both Hypalon and PVC Ribs. The application of our Rib Conditioner UV protector is a crucial final stage. This treatment not only extends the lifespan of the tube material, but also creates a protective barrier that helps prevent grime and contaminants from adhering to the material - keeping your boat cleaner for longer.
UV exposure is the most common cause of premature ageing in Rib and inflatable boat fabrics. When properly maintained using our specialist products and services, Hypalon tubes can retain their appearance for up to 20 years.
